As part of its strategic vision to expand international cooperation, on November 26, 2025, Nghe An University paid an official visit to Pangasinan State University (PSU), Philippines. During the meeting, the two institutions signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), opening the door to comprehensive collaboration in academic training, scientific research, faculty–student exchange, and the development of high-quality academic programs.
