Nghe An University successfully hosted the Scientific National Conference titled “Resources in Digital Economy” on April 21, 2025, with the participation of co-organizers: Hong Duc University, Da Lat University, Nha Trang University, and Da Nang University of Economics and University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.
The conference attracted more than 150 delegates, including domestic and international experts, scholars, lecturers, and students. This collaborative academic event served as a platform for exchanging knowledge, sharing research findings, and discussing strategies to optimize human, technological, and data resources in the era of digital transformation.
Delivering the opening remarks, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Hieu, President of Nghe An University, emphasized the growing importance of digital resources in the development worldwide. “In the digital economy, human capital, innovation, and big data, blockchain have become the most valuable assets. He affirmed that the conference provides a valuable opportunity to foster academic dialogue and strengthen international cooperation in addressing common challenges in the digital era.

The conference featured keynote speeches from distinguished experts, including:
– Asso. Prof., Dr. Ho Thi Hien (Nghe An University), who discussed about the Application of E-Commerce in Human Resource Management in Vietnamese Enterprises in the Digital Economy;
– Assoc. Prof., Dr. Feliciana P. Jacoba (Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology), who delivered a presentation on Innovation in Higher Education to Meet the Requirements of the Digital Era in the Philippines;
– Prof., Dr. Vo Xuan Vinh (University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City), who shared the Global Trends in Innovation in Digital Government;
– Dr Phi Vinh Tuong (Institute of World Economics and Politics) presented on the topic Entrepreneurship in the Digital Economy and the Role of Educational Institutions;
– Prof., Dr. Pham Bao Duong (Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University) emphasized the importance of Guidelines to Develope the Digital Competencies for Faculty and Students.
