As part of the NAU International Student Summer Camp 2026, on May 14, lecturers, experts, and students from multiple countries joined a thought-provoking session on the theme: “AI and Cultural Heritage Preservation.”

More than just an academic exchange, the discussion became a journey linking past and future, where AI is recognized as a powerful tool to safeguard humanity’s traditional values.

Inspiring conversations explored topics such as digitizing heritage, applying AI in cultural data archiving, reconstructing historical imagery, preserving languages, and promoting local cultures. International and Vietnamese students shared perspectives, experiences, and a common aspiration: Technology does not replace culture — it helps culture endure, spread, and live on through time.

Creative ideas, multicultural dialogues, and an open spirit of learning filled NAU with the vibrant energy of an international academic community.

The NAU International Student Summer Camp 2026 not only delivers knowledge, but also nurtures global citizenship among young people — those who master technology while honoring heritage and cultural identity.
