On the morning of May 15, as part of the NAU Summer Camp 2026 at Nghe An University, international students visited Kim Lien, the hometown of President Ho Chi Minh.

In this peaceful village rich in history, they learned about his life, career, and ideals. The simple thatched houses, hibiscus hedges, and tranquil atmosphere of Sen Village left a deep impression.

The warm hospitality of local people was unforgettable. Shopkeepers offered conical hats to shield the students from the summer sun, while cool lotus tea, friendly smiles, and small gifts touched their hearts. Many chose souvenirs and enjoyed local specialties like kẹo lạc and cu đơ.

More than a sightseeing trip, the journey fostered cultural exchange and friendship. Language and national barriers faded, replaced by understanding and connection.

The visit left lasting memories: discovering Ho Chi Minh’s homeland, experiencing the warmth of Nghe An people, and building international bonds.

Through NAU Summer Camp 2026, Nghe An University continues to serve as a bridge for academic and cultural exchange, promoting the image of a welcoming and culturally rich Nghe An to friends worldwide.
