International Education Exhibition and Career Counseling at Nghe An University of Economics

On the morning of February 17, 2023, Nghe An University of Economics cooperated with We Study Education Consulting Co., Ltd. to solemnly organize the international study abroad exhibition and career counseling 2023. With 15 booths from educational consulting units. Participating in the study abroad exhibition is an opportunity for students to receive career counseling with majors that suit their needs, interests and seek experiential opportunities.

Attending the opening ceremony of the program, on behalf of Nghe An University of Economics (NAUE), there were: PhD. Nguyen Dinh Tuong – Party Secretary, Chairman of the NAUE Council; PhD. Nguyen Ngoc Hieu – Rector; Dr. Truong Quang Ngan – Vice Rector; along with teachers in the Party Committee, Heads and Deputies of functional departments, specialized faculties of the NAUE.

On behalf of the co-organizing unit, there were: Ms. Mai Thuy Ngoc Bich – Director of We Study Education Consulting Co., Ltd; delegates representing 12 accompanying units, partners of We Study in countries such as USA, Germany, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia; Along with a large number of students from high schools, students of Nghe An University of Economics and universities and colleges in Nghe An province participating in the program.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the program, Ms. Mai Thuy Ngoc Bich – Director of We Study Education Consulting Co., Ltd., said: We Study Education Consulting Co., Ltd., is an educational consulting unit with many years of experience supporting Vietnamese students to successfully pursue global education. Speaking at the event, PhD. Nguyen Ngoc Hieu – Rector of the Nghe An University of Economics, expressed his sincere gratitude to the organizations that have entrusted the Nghe An University of Economics to be their partner in organizing the international education exhibition program. He also expressed his desire to establish cooperative relationships between the Nghe An University of Economics and universities around the world. PhD. Nguyen Ngoc Hieu also believes that the program will bring many opportunities for university and college students, as well as high school students, to receive advice and guidance on their future careers.

PhD. Nguyen Ngoc Hieu also provided an overview of the Nghe An University of Economics, its achievements, and development orientation. In its development strategy towards 2025, the Nghe An University of Economics aims to become a multidisciplinary university with comprehensive collaboration with enterprises; investing in the development of technology, economics, and agriculture; emphasizing innovative and digital transformation activities. By 2030, the university strives for full autonomy; strengthening international cooperation and integration. By 2035, the university aims to become a high-quality higher education institution ranked among reputable universities in the ASEAN region.
