Nghe An University of Economics participated in the 12th Session of the Education Accreditation Council

On the afternoon of September 24, 2022, Nghe An University of Economics participated in the 12th meeting of the Education Quality Accreditation Council organized by the Vinh University Center for Education Accreditation. The meeting is held in conjunction with streaming across platforms.

Attending the meeting included: Dr. Vuong Thi Minh Chau – Staff member in charge of Quality Assurance Department, Quality Management Department, Ministry of Education and Training; Leaders of Vinh University Center for Education Accreditation and members of the Education Accreditation Council; Secretariat Team; Heads of external assessment expert teams; representatives of educational institutions have their education quality assessment results appraised. Dr. Tran Dinh Quang – Director of Vinh University Center for Education Accreditation, Chairman of the Council chaired the meeting.

Representatives of Nghe An University of Economics include: Dr. Nguyen Dinh Tuong – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the School Council of NAUE; Dr. Truong Quang Ngan – Vice Rector of NAUE, and NAUE leaders and lecturers.

Opening the meeting, Dr. Tran Dinh Quang – Chairman of the Education Accreditation Council gave a welcome speech to the Council members and educational institutions attending the meeting, at the same time he also announced the agenda of the meeting, announce the process of meeting for recognition of meeting quality standards and working principles of the council, announce the content and purpose of the meeting.

At the meeting, Dr. Truong Quang Ngan – Vice Rector of NAUE gave an overview of NAUE’s quality accreditation, he also answered questions from the Council, and clarified more contents related to NAUE’s activities.

Based on the study of records and contents discussed at the meeting,

The Education Accreditation Council discussed recommendations for NAUE to overcome the shortcomings,   from there to continue to improve the quality and to vote to pass the Resolution on evaluating the educational quality of Nghe An University of Economics in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

On behalf of the Vote Counting Committee, Prof. Dr. Dinh Xuan Khoa – Member of the Council, Head of the Vote Counting Committee announced the voting results and approved the Resolution. The vote counting results agreed that the quality assessment of Nghe An University of Economics reached 9/9 votes (100%) officially recognizing the results of NAUE’s education quality accreditation.

After the end of the meeting, Vinh University Center for Education Accreditation will continue to implement procedures to implement the process of accrediting the quality of education for Nghe An University of Economics as well as publicize the evaluation results as prescribed.
